This includes:

• Site visit and client meeting
• Recommended design considerations
• Site opportunities and constraints
• Planning and building controls
• Environmental considerations
• Development pathways
• Professional input recommendations

Typically $2,500 (incl gst), may very slightly depending on site complexity and location.

For clients who value high quality design, and may already have a draftsman, or require a more flexible level of involvement. Includes the design-based stages only - from initial briefing and concepts, to developed design.

This option can be tailored depending on project needs and level of detail required - from full design guidance (from brief establishment, to initial concepts and completed design), or simple design reviews to offer expert feedback and assessment.

Typically 0.5-4% of construction cost - delivered as a fixed fee.

For clients who already know what they want and simply need clear drawings, documentation and consenting to get their project underway.

This includes:

• Working drawings and construction documentation
• Building consent documentation
• Coordination with engineers and other consultants where required
• Consent lodgement and responses to council requests

Typically charged as a fixed fee based on project scope and complexity.
