Typically 5–10% of construction cost. Larger and simpler projects at the lower end of the range. Smaller and more complex projects at the higher end.

Fixed fees agreed upfront for most stages.

For clients looking for high quality design input, or requiring a more flexible level of involvement. The service enables me to provide high quality design input up until a finalised design has been reached, then clients can choose how to proceed from there.

This option can be tailored depending on project needs and level of detail required - from defined fixed-fee design stages, to flexible hourly-rate design sessions, or even simple design reviews.
